Oops! I complained ha! Three days lol…time to start over.

I was hammering the ice that was on my sidewalk because it froze over. Then I was talking to somebody by text and said “Man, it was so annoying.” Dohhh!

Day 1 begins again tomorrow!

Stay warm everybody :)

I feel as if I complain too much, mainly about the same things. While the main reasons for my complaints is really because I have other dreams and aspirations in certain aspects of my life than what I am currently doing, I realized that it consumed my thoughts. It consumed my thoughts to the point where I would not be able to concentrate on my actual job. I found myself daydreaming with hours flying by and I still didn’t get my work done! Not good. In addition, I would talk about my dreams to my friends, but at the expense of complaining about what I am currently doing.

After a few days of that, I started to feel uber whiny! I did not like it so I’ve decided to start today on my No Complaints journey. This program was developed by www.acomplaintfreeworld.org and it is quite intriguing. It is meant to show you how much you complain, and how different the world looks when you realize this. I hope to get rid of the polluting thoughts of complaining so that it does not interfere with my daily life. It is going to be a rough journey! But I figure I can document it for all of my readers to follow, not only to hopefully inspire you to join me, but to keep me accountable!

I start today. 21 days straight of no complaining. Any time I complain, I have to start all over again. It has taken the average person 4-8 months to accomplish this. I am ordering a green silicone band that I will wear on my wrist to remind myself of what I am doing. With this concept, I am starting a new program called MISK Lifestyle, in which you can click on the above tab to find out more information. It simply plays on the same concept, but to develop your character for the better through different programs. My bracelet will be MISK Lifestyle - No Complaints. Here we go!
