My name is Alan Kong and I’ve created this site to spread as much positive energy as possible. I’ve come to realize that what life should be about is creating a difference in the world. To leave your mark, no matter how short or long of a life one has. Simply put, JUST LIVE LIFE!

There’s so much going on in the world that we forget that we should not only live for ourselves, but also for those around us, and hopefully for the random strangers we encounter during our lifetimes as well. How you treat others is what truly defines your character. We can all treat those close to us very well, but how do you treat the rest? Are you willing to help change the lives of complete strangers?

I want to make a difference in your life. I don’t know you…yet. But I want to get to know you. Anybody who comes across my site, keep in mind that I want to learn from you and I hope to share my views and knowledge with you as well.

I enjoy providing advice and my perspectives on life, love, health/fitness, positive thinking, and motivational advice. By understanding (and constantly working to improve) these key aspects of my life, I’m able to stay consistently happy!

So, just for fun, what’s this “rocKONG” stuff anyways? Well, it’s a combination of “rock” and my last name “Kong”. Now comes the best part, the silly meaning behind it! Say rocKONG real quick…what do you hear? “ROCK ON!” Ha! Because it is always important to keep your rock on no matter how tough life gets!

And next, just like a rock is a solid, it’s important for each and every one of us to have a solid foundation to carry us through every aspects of our lives. With the right knowledge and positive guidance, the foundation of our lives has been set and ready for us to tackle any challenges.

One day I’ll find a greater importance in using the rocKONG name besides just an email and twitter =]
